You must be living at San Francisco at the time of the application, this is an in-person role and there will be an in-person interview.

Requirements:

• Manage financials of the company including burn rate and prepare a monthly budget
• lead financial operations and mange bookkeeping accounting partner
• Ensure financial statements correctness and readiness in a timely manner
• Manage annual tax filing with CPA partner
• Participate in business development and sales
• conduct and publish research and white papers and update Tasker deck
• Adapt well and react quickly to changing business requirements
• Assist with Sales operations
• Mange HR ops including drafting job descriptions, shortlisting, payroll & benefits, onboarding, off-boarding and state filing requirements
• Maintain business insurance, business qualification filing and
• timely prepare material needed for 401A valuation
• Maintain good treasury practices by maximizing
• Manage documents and maintain a comprehensive record of agreements
• Maintain investment ready data room
• Track projects and deliveries on weekly basis
• Assist with external communication such as investor updates or
• Manage board material and drafting agendas & board consents
• Plan annual retreats and various events
• Assist with IT administration like providing devices, inviting and removing access
• Qualification:
• Strong background in finance & Sales
• Bachelor, MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, business or related fields
• Experience managing finance & operations at a startup
• Proficient in Excel, Sales, Financial modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders employees, investors, founders and counsels.
• Hardware or crypto knowledge, or experience as a founder or sales background is a plus
