About The Team

The Creative Team at Zofeur sits within Growth & Marketing and shapes how customers see, understand, and remember the brand.

We create work across performance marketing, social media, CRM, B2B, partnerships, offline activations, and brand campaigns. Every asset, whether it is a paid ad, reel, push creative, pitch deck, event standee, or campaign visual, needs to feel clear, premium, locally relevant, and built around real customer moments.

We move fast, test often, and look for smart ways to do more with limited resources. Strong craft matters, but so does speed. AI tools, scalable templates, creative systems, and practical production workflows are an important part of how we improve output without slowing down.

About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Design Lead with strong creative storytelling, design craft, social-first thinking, performance creative understanding, and team leadership experience.

This is not a pure management role, and it is not a production-only role. You will directly lead and execute major creative projects, high-priority campaigns, key performance creative routes, and important brand assets, while delegating supporting work and adaptations to the team.

Your strongest areas should be creative storytelling, design craft, social-first/performance creatives, and using AI-led workflows to move faster. Other channels will need your direction, review, and quality control.

You’ll be responsible for turning business briefs into clear creative direction, campaign ideas, visual routes, storyboards, hooks, and execution plans. You’ll also guide, review, and upskill designers, motion/video resources, and interns so the overall creative standard keeps improving.

We’re looking for someone who keeps pace with changing tools, AI workflows, creator formats, platform trends, and industry standards. No lagging behind. You should actively bring new thinking, creative hacks, and sharper workflows into the team.

The right person brings clarity in chaos, improves creative quality, and helps a lean creative team move faster without letting the work become generic or rushed.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead creative direction and execution across performance marketing, social media, CRM, B2B, partnerships, offline, and brand campaigns
  • Own major campaigns, high-priority launches, key performance creative routes, and important storytelling assets
  • Translate marketing and business briefs into campaign concepts, visual routes, moodboards, storyboards, hooks, and execution plans
  • Personally create key assets for major projects while delegating supporting assets, adaptations, resizing, production tasks, and parallel requests to the team
  • Review creative work and ensure strong design quality, brand consistency, clarity, and channel fit
  • Guide, mentor, and upskill the team across design craft, storytelling, AI tools, platform formats, speed, and quality
  • Create and oversee assets across paid social, short-form video, CRM, organic social, B2B, events, and offline campaigns, ensuring each format is adapted properly for the channel
  • Use AI and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Envato, ChatGPT, Flow, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, and similar platforms where relevant to improve ideation, production, adaptation, and testing
  • Build scalable templates, brand kits, creative systems, and workflows to improve turnaround time
  • Improve performance creative by testing new hooks, messaging angles, visual treatments, and formats
  • Partner closely with Growth, CRM, Partnerships, B2B, Operations, Product, and leadership teams to align creative output with business priorities
  • Present creative direction clearly and explain the thinking behind design decisions

Basic Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in design, creative direction, visual storytelling, advertising, or content production
  • Proven ability to lead and execute major creative projects while managing, delegating, and reviewing work across a small team
  • Strong portfolio showing campaign thinking, video ads, static ads, social media creatives, performance creatives, and brand storytelling
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Strong hands-on experience with social-first content, performance-led creatives, motion/video workflows, and campaign design
  • Experience using AI creative tools or strong willingness to adopt them quickly as part of the creative workflow
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, motion, and premium visual polish
  • Ability to turn customer insights, product benefits, and business goals into simple, compelling creative ideas
  • Strong short-form writing sense for hooks, headlines, captions, visual scripts, and ad messaging
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, urgent requests, shifting priorities, stakeholder feedback, and tight timelines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High ownership, attention to detail, and genuine curiosity to keep learning new tools, creative formats, AI workflows, and industry trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in startup, agency, mobility, lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, automotive, or tech environments
  • Experience managing designers, video editors, motion designers, or interns
  • Experience creating performance creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, display, CRM, and social channels
  • Experience with AI-assisted image, video, motion, and prompt-based creative workflows
  • Experience building design systems, content templates, campaign playbooks, and creative workflows
  • Familiarity with UAE/GCC audiences and premium urban lifestyle communication
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and taking feedback from founders or department heads
  • Ability to balance brand building with business performance needs
