Job Overview:

We’re looking for an HR Executive who thrives on building connections and making the workplace better every day. This isn’t just about processing HR tasks, it’s about bringing energy, empathy, and structure to how we engage, support, and grow our people.

In this role, you’ll be a key partner in shaping employee experience, from onboarding and engagement to development and culture initiatives. You’ll have room to think creatively, improve processes, and make your mark within a team that genuinely values collaboration and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full employee journey, from recruitment coordination and onboarding to engagement activities and offboarding.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring quick, professional, and caring support.
• Assist in planning and executing internal initiatives, including wellness programs, recognition campaigns, and company events.
• Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate performance review cycles, feedback surveys, and learning programs.
• Collaborate with the HR team to strengthen team morale and communication.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies, while helping to keep HR operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in UAE.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
