Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning & Development Manager to build, lead, and scale Zofeur’s Training Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive training programs for both operational staff (drivers, support teams) and internal teams. You will ensure consistent training standards, compliance, customer service excellence, and continuous skill development to support Zofeur’s growth and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management & Evaluation
- Develop training materials (presentations, handbooks, online modules, assessments).
- Use data-driven insights to track training effectiveness and make improvements.
- Manage training schedules, budgets, and external training vendors where applicable.
Office Team Development
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new office employees.
- Roll out workshops, e-learning, and coaching sessions for team leads and managers on communication, leadership, time management, and company tools.
- Support professional development paths and succession planning.
Chauffeur Development
- Design and deliver soft skills, safety, customer service, and operational protocol training for chauffeurs.
- Ensure consistent onboarding processes for new chauffeurs and refreshers for existing drivers.
- Collaborate with operations to monitor chauffeur performance and intervene with development plans as needed.
Training & Development Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy tailored for both chauffeurs and office staff.
- Conduct training needs assessments across departments to identify skill gaps and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in L&D, with exposure to both blue-collar and white-collar training preferred.
- Experience in designing and delivering interactive training programs (classroom, virtual, and on-the-job).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and modern training tools.
