The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our Dubai office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while managing day-to-day office operations. You’ll be the face of Zofeur, greeting visitors and supporting the team with essential administrative tasks to keep our office efficient and well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer and route incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared ahead of time
- Handle mail, packages, and courier services
- Order and manage office supplies, groceries, and pantry stock
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with building management
- Keep communal areas tidy and organized
- Assist with organizing team events, meetings, or small office functions
- Support basic administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry
- Provide general support to the HR and Operations teams when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office coordinator role (Minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a welcoming personality
- Well-organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with basic tech tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Fluent in English
