Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Lead to drive strategic growth and expand our market presence. This role involves identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and creating partnerships that enhance Zofeur’s visibility and value proposition. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-oriented professional with a knack for business development and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, organizations, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with the company’s objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement campaigns that amplify the company’s brand and services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas of opportunity.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase Zofeur's presence in untapped markets.
- Track and report performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
