Your Role:

As a Sales Manager, you’ll develop and execute strategies to expand Vivoo’s presence in key markets, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships to drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex Deal Closer: Leverage your expertise in B2B2C and global sales to close high-value deals, regularly exceeding targets, by deeply understanding clients’ needs and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
  • Meet and Exceed the Quote: Achieve sales targets and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Pipeline Manager: Create and maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline, prioritizing high-value prospects and opportunities.
  • Internal Collaborator: Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless deal closures and smooth client onboarding, ensuring long-term success.
  • Strategic Opportunity Builder: Identify optimal sales channels and determine product-market fit, regularly seeking new channels to generate more revenue
  • Live the Mission: Inspire others by caring for your own wellbeing and promoting a culture of health and balance. Create a supportive environment where colleagues feel empowered to prioritize their wellness and take time for themselves.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of experience driving business growth in global or international markets, ideally in B2B2C.
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle, from planning to closing deals.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the health and wellness sector is a strong plus.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in both verbal and written English, with an understanding of global wellness culture.
  • Startup Experience: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging startup environment, with experience in rapidly growing startups highly preferred.
  • Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Traveler: Willingness to attend industry events and travel to meet clients as needed.
