Responsibilities

• Global Inventory & Replenishment Management

• Oversee inventory operations for Amazon and key marketplaces, ensuring optimal stock levels across multiple regions.

• Plan and execute inventory push strategies for secondary warehouses in the US, UK, and EU to maintain 100% in-stock rates across all SKUs.

• Coordinate FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) replenishment to optimize stock availability and fulfillment speed.

• Returns & Reverse Logistics Optimization

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline return processing, refurbishing, and restocking, reducing costs and improving efficiency.

• Analyze return patterns, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures to minimize return rates.

• Demand Forecasting & Supply Planning

• Leverage data-driven insights to build accurate demand forecasts, ensuring proactive inventory planning for key marketplaces.

• Plan inventory allocation 3-4 months in advance to support major sales events like Amazon Prime Day, Black Friday, and other seasonal spikes.

• Balance inventory levels across warehouses, fulfillment centers, and 3PL providers to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

• Marketplace Supply Chain Optimization

• Implement best-in-class fulfillment strategies to optimize lead times, reduce shipping costs, and improve customer experience.

• Work with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and marketplace fulfillment centers to ensure efficient order processing and on-time delivery.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with finance to manage inventory costs, invoicing, and PO reconciliation.

• Collaborate with sales and demand planning teams to align supply chain operations with marketplace demand trends.

• Partner with logistics and warehousing teams to enhance 3PL performance and optimize distribution strategies.

• Performance Tracking & Analytics

• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor inventory health, return rates, and supply chain efficiency.

• Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key supply chain KPIs and cost-saving opportunities.


Requirements

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field.

• Experience: 5-7 years in e-commerce or global supply chain management, with expertise in marketplace logistics, inventory planning, and fulfillment operations.

• Marketplace & Inventory Expertise: Strong understanding of Amazon FBA/FBM, inventory forecasting, and reverse logistics.

• Data & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in supply chain analytics, ERP systems, and demand forecasting tools.

• Problem-Solving & Execution: Proven ability to identify inefficiencies, optimize processes, and implement scalable solutions.

Preferred Experience

• Amazon & Marketplace Operations: Hands-on experience managing supply chain for Amazon US & Canada, UK, and EU, focusing on fulfillment strategies, inventory optimization, and cost control.

• Returns & Refurbishment Strategy: Expertise in reducing return rates, implementing cost-effective refurbishment programs, and improving restocking efficiency.

• Global Supply Chain Coordination: Experience working with international fulfillment centers, logistics providers, and customs compliance teams.

• Process Automation & Scalability: Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP integrations, and automated inventory tracking tools.

• Ownership & Agility: A proactive, high-ownership mindset with the ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
