Role Description

We've recently significantly and successfully scaled our enterprise solutions. We're looking for

someone to manage and grow the Ad Operations team in order to ensure smooth campaign

planning and delivery across the board for all managed Blindspot clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Operations, Dev and Marketing teams. They will also have the opportunity to grow their team both locally and internationally.

We're looking for a 10x player that can make this role their own.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, scale and optimize the AdOps team to cater to all incoming campaign requests

• Monitor and identify key bottlenecks, as well as potential solutions

• Close collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, Dev and Operational teams on campaign planning, implementation and reporting

• Manage inventory onboarding and tagging together with the Dev team and other stakeholders

• Plan, implement and analyze KPIs for the AdOps team in order to set up the right framework

for success


• A core understanding of the role of AdOps within an AdTech company

• Experience in managing complex teams, reporting and analytical skills

• A problem-solving mindset and openness to collaborate in a team setting.

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to take on new challenges.

• 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
