At Miza, we are redefining wealth management for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). As the Chief Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy, expanding our client base, optimizing revenue streams, and uncovering new market opportunities. Your innovative approach and leadership will position Miza as a market leader in wealth management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy Development

  • Define and execute strategies to increase Miza’s market share and revenue.
  • Identify and prioritize new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities.
  • Develop a clear roadmap to achieve long-term growth targets.

2. Customer Acquisition and Retention

  • Design and oversee marketing and sales strategies aimed at attracting and retaining HNWIs.
  • Implement effective customer acquisition funnels, lead generation campaigns, and referral programs.
  • Analyze client behavior to optimize engagement and retention efforts.

3. Partnerships and Collaboration

  • Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, investment firms, and fintech organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment and technology, to align growth initiatives with Miza’s broader objectives.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage data analytics to monitor growth metrics and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Track and report on the performance of growth initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

5. Innovation and Digital Transformation

  • Utilize digital marketing and automation tools to streamline customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating innovative growth practices into Miza’s operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in growth management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in fintech or wealth management.
  • A strong track record of scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, and developing customer acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience building and managing teams.
  • Experience working with HNWIs or in financial services is highly desirable.
