Specifically, you will be working on our venture Dary.ai, a realtor marketplace connecting home buyers and sellers with top agents competing for their business.
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Real Estate Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering relationships with home buyers and real estate agents, ensuring seamless communication and onboarding processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in the real estate industry and contribute to our growing platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Interaction Management: Handle all communications with home buyers and agents through WhatsApp, email, and phone to ensure a smooth and responsive experience.
- Initial Screening: Validate potential home buyers and agents by conducting first screening meetings and interviews to assess fit and readiness for onboarding.
- Agent Outreach: Actively approach real estate agents both on-site at their offices and via cold calls to effectively communicate our value proposition, winning them for our solution and facilitate their onboarding to our platform.
- Network Development: For candidates with prior real estate agent experience, leverage existing networks to connect our team with potential agents for onboarding.
Requirements:
- Nationality: Must be a Saudi National.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in Saudi Arabic to facilitate effective communication with local clients and agents.
- Location: Currently residing in Riyadh.
- Industry Experience: Ideally, candidates should have previous experience as a real estate agent or broker, with a solid understanding of the industry and the ability to introduce our team to their professional network.
- Commitment: Available for full-time work for six weeks, starting next week, with the possibility of extending the project duration for at least six months.
