Job Description:

Sanabil Venture Studio is excited to announce the launch of our Fresh Graduate Program in January 2025. We are seeking dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join us as Venture Architects Trainees.

This program provides a unique and invaluable opportunity for recent graduates to immerse themselves in the world of entrepreneurship. Participants will gain hands-on experience in building and scaling ventures, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios. By working closely with experienced and dynamic teams, graduates will develop critical skills, learn best practices, and gain insights into the challenges and rewards of launching and growing successful businesses.

The program kicks off with an immersive one-week training session specifically tailored for recent graduates. During this session, participants will receive comprehensive introductions to our business operations, industry insights, and essential skills needed for success in the venture studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a holistic understanding of the venture development process, from ideation to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) launch.
• Rotate through various sectors including Fintech, ConsumerTech, HealthTech, PropTech, and more, gaining exposure to diverse industries and business models.
• Collaborate with our teams including Venture Architects, Product Managers, Designers and Growth experts to contribute to the development and execution of innovative startup ideas.
• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to identify Start-up opportunities and market trends.
• Develop your quantitative skills by building financial models to understand the viability of specific startup opportunities
• Support in the evaluation and selection of potential startups for investment consideration.
• Be part of our workshops, training sessions, and networking events to enhance knowledge and skills in venture capital and entrepreneurship.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, venture capital, and startups.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential for this position
