As CEO, you'll be the architect of our success. You'll bring an entrepreneurial spirit, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for empowering both employers and trade/service workers. Key Responsibilities

• Verification Champion: Lead the development and execution of a robust verification process, ensuring the skills of all trade and service workers on the platform are rigorously assessed and validated.
• Strategic Visionary: Develop and implement a compelling strategy that positions us as the leading resource for hiring verified trade and service workers in the GCC.
• Market Leader: Possess deep understanding of the GCC labor market, particularly the challenges employers face in finding reliable trade and service personnel with verifiable skills.
• Operational Excellence: Lead efficient platform operations, optimizing candidate sourcing, verification procedures, onboarding, and employer matching.
• Client Focus: Cultivate strong relationships with both employers and job seekers, addressing their needs and delivering exceptional experiences through verified talent solutions.
• Technology Advocate: Collaborate with tech teams to continuously enhance our platform's functionality, data capabilities, and user-friendliness for both employers and workers.
• Team Builder: Attract, develop, and inspire a team committed to our mission, fostering a culture of innovation and performance excellence.
