Job Title: Account Manager (Residential Contracting Background)

Location: Riyadh, KSA

We are a VC-backed seed-stage proptech startup focused on revolutionizing the home renovation market in Saudi Arabia. Our mission is to transform how home renovations are conceptualized, executed, and delivered, providing a seamless experience for our clients. Incubated by Stryber and backed by our investor, we are preparing for launch and seeking dynamic individuals to join our team.


Role Overview:

The Account Manager will act as the primary interface between our customers and suppliers, ensuring that all aspects of project execution meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your role is vital in managing our project timelines and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for both clients and suppliers, facilitating smooth communication and prompt issue resolution.
  • Ensure the delivery of services meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • More than five years of experience in residential contracting in KSA, with a strong background in account or project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and keep them on track and within budget.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with the local market (suppliers and execution teams)
  • Knowledge of regulatory landscape
