- Organize and coordinate key events such as Mentor Days, Angel Bootcamps, FastTrack Days, Selection Days, and Demo Day, ensuring each event aligns with the program's objectives

- Ensure that all program activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards

- Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on key operational metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making and enhance program outcomes

- Work closely with the Program Manager to provide strategic support in engaging with investors and sponsors whilst playing a pivotal role in fostering relationships and coordinating the recruitment of startups, contributing to the program's growth and success

- Identify areas for operational improvement and spearhead the implementation of strategic solutions to enhance efficiency
