About the Role
As the Mid-Market and Enterprise Sales Lead, you will be the first member of Plutoâs mid-market/enterprise sales team and take ownership of this critical segment. This is a full-cycle sales role where youâll drive the entire sales process â from outbound prospecting and demoing, to negotiating and closing high-value deals with companies of 200+ employees. Youâll report directly to our CEO and work closely with our Chief Product Officer to align sales efforts with product strategy. In this role, youâll also collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling sales narratives and materials.
What youâll do:
⢠Own the mid-market & enterprise segment â be the point person for everything related to sales for larger accounts, as employee #1 on this team.
⢠Drive full-cycle sales â manage outreach, discovery calls, product demos, and guide deals through to close for high-ticket accounts.
⢠Engage finance and procurement leaders â sell primarily to CFOs, finance managers, and procurement heads, understanding their needs and positioning Pluto as the ideal solution.
⢠Collaborate with leadership â work directly with the CEO on strategic deals and with the CPO to provide market feedback that shapes our product roadmap.
⢠Develop sales collateral & strategy â partner with our marketing and product teams to create pitch decks, case studies, and tailored narratives that resonate with enterprise clients.
Who You Are
Weâre looking for a driven sales professional who can take charge and build this function from the ground up. Youâll be a great fit if you have:
⢠Proven full-cycle sales experience: Youâve done it all â from cold prospecting as an SDR to closing large deals as an AE â and have the results to show for it.
⢠Enterprise outbound expertise: A strong track record in outbound sales targeting enterprise or mid-market accounts, with an ability to navigate complex org structures and long sales cycles.
⢠Domain knowledge: Experience selling to finance or procurement teams is highly preferred â you understand how these teams operate and how to speak their language.
⢠MENA market familiarity: Knowledge of the MENA regionâs business landscape is a plus.
⢠Industry background: Prior experience at an ERP or procurement software company (e.g. Oracle NetSuite, Coupa) is a big advantage, giving you insight into our product space and customer needs.
⢠Entrepreneurial mindset: Youâre a self-starter who thrives with autonomy, eager to take ownership of a new segment, and comfortable building processes from scratch.
