Pluto is hiring an Accounting & Operations Associate to support our team on-site in the UAE. This is a hybrid role combining finance and admin responsibilities — ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, reliable, and excited to be part of a fast-growing fintech company.
What you’ll do:
Own daily bookkeeping and reconciliations in Xero
Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
Prepare ad hoc financial reports for management or the CFO
Liaise directly with our CFO based in the US for monthly closes and audits
Coordinate company admin tasks such as incorporations, insurance, license renewals, and other government filings
Support general office and operational needs as required
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of accounting and/or operations experience
Experience with Xero (or other accounting platforms)
UAE-based and able to work in person
Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and comfort with cross-border collaboration
