Pluto is hiring an Accounting & Operations Associate to support our team on-site in the UAE. This is a hybrid role combining finance and admin responsibilities — ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, reliable, and excited to be part of a fast-growing fintech company.

What you’ll do:

• Own daily bookkeeping and reconciliations in Xero

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)

• Prepare ad hoc financial reports for management or the CFO

• Liaise directly with our CFO based in the US for monthly closes and audits

• Coordinate company admin tasks such as incorporations, insurance, license renewals, and other government filings

• Support general office and operational needs as required

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of accounting and/or operations experience

• Experience with Xero (or other accounting platforms)

• UAE-based and able to work in person

• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and comfort with cross-border collaboration
