About this role

We are hiring an Onboarding & Solutions Specialist to join Pluto's Customer Success team. We are looking for a fast learner who ideally comes from an accounting background to help Pluto customers get the best onboarding experience.

This job is for you if you have an accounting background, or have deep experience in tools like SAP, Oracle, Xero and others and love interacting with customers.

You will be creating use cases, providing best practices to our customers, understanding their needs and helping them make use of Pluto in the best possible way.

Responsibilities:

  1. Onboard Pluto's Customers (Accountants, CFOs, Finance Managers) and be the accounting and finance expert helping them automate their workflows using Pluto's offerings.
  2. Understand the customer's process and accounting automation goals and craft an onboarding journey for them for full feature adoption.
  3. Be the pre-sales solutions consultant who has deep finance & accounting knowledge, assisting sales teams in closing the deals.
  4. Work cross-functionally across sales & customer success managers to ensure your portfolio of customers are onboarded successfully and realize value quickly.
  5. Be the subject matter expert in reconciliation, accounting, finance, AP & procurement processes for the product team.
