Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead key initiatives in our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly within the financial sector, and possess a deep understanding of payments systems and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects related to payments technology, product development, and business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, operations, and compliance to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed to support project implementation and integration.
• Conduct post-project reviews and analysis to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the payments space, providing insights and recommendations for future projects.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field. MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management roles, preferably within the financial sector or fintech industry.
• Deep understanding of payments systems, including knowledge of payment processing, transaction settlement, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with the local payments landscape in the UAE, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
