As an Outdoor Field Sales Associate, you will be the driving force behind our field sales success. We're looking for individuals with a hustler attitude and a passion for outdoor field sales. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through creative and strategic methods.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
  • Utilize both traditional and innovative approaches to attract and engage prospects.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Showcase a consultative selling approach to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Drive for one-meeting closes by effectively addressing objections and highlighting the immediate benefits of our offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently closing deals with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outdoor field sales, with a track record of successful lead generation and deal closures.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hustler attitude and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Creative thinker who can develop unique strategies for lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.


This job is about knowing who the right customer might be and connecting with the decision maker. It's about understanding the client needs, and closing the deal. What is not typical is that you will be able to lead your own path and strategy under our guidance and training, and showcase your sale potential.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in fintech or finance-related roles
  • Strong understanding of numbers and data analysis
  • Experience making 50+ calls/meetings per day
  • Females are highly encouraged to apply


Great to have:

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce etc
  • SME Industry categorized database
  • Physically active lifestyle
