Your mission
● Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services, maximizing client satisfaction and revenue growth.
● Generate insightful reports on deal execution status and performance metrics, keeping stakeholders informed.
● Analyze data to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations.
● Provide valuable feedback to the sales and product teams, influencing future deal structuring.
● Act as the primary point of contact for both suppliers and clients, fostering open communication and addressing any concerns.
● Proactively follow up with all parties involved, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
● Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers and clients, establishing long-term partnerships that fuel our mutual success.
Your profile
● A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
● 3-5 years of sales experience with a HORECA supplier selling products to restaurants and cafes.
● A passion for the F&B industry and a keen understanding of its dynamics.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
● The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
● Strong analytical skills and a knack for identifying areas for improvement.
● A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
