Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop relationships with property buyers, sellers, and investors in Riyadh.
• Provide expert advice on real estate market trends, pricing, and property valuations.
• Collaborate with developers and agencies to source and list prime properties and guide clients through the home buying process.
• Stay up to date with Saudi Arabia’s real estate regulations, trends, and policies.
• Provide ongoing support to clients even after the sale, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Negotiate deals and contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or broker in the Riyadh market.
• Strong knowledge of Riyadh’s residential and commercial real estate sectors.
• Excellent network of property owners, developers, and buyers.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s real estate regulations and legal processes.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced digital-first environment.
• Arabic fluency and English proficiency required.
• Valid Saudi real estate license
