Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership and Strategic Management: Active involvement in the preparation of the annual financial plan, budgeting process, and monthly financial forecasting. Act as a financial consultant to optimize their budgets and align spending with organizational goals.
• Advanced Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the consolidation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with IFRS/GAAP standards. Assist in developing in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend forecasts, and profitability assessments and assist in creating dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring financial health and operational efficiency.
• Comprehensive Audit and Compliance Management: Coordinate internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. Develop and maintain strong internal controls and compliance frameworks to safeguard organizational assets. Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies, preparing required documentation and responses. Finance policy manual best practices.
• Treasury and Cash Flow Management: Manage the organization’s cash flow, ensuring liquidity for operations and strategic investments. Develop strategies for optimizing working capital and reducing financial risks. Oversee investment portfolios and make recommendations on financial instruments to achieve maximum returns.
• Loan Operations and Client Management: Manage the day-to-day loan operations of CredibleX, including applications, establishing credit lines, and disbursals. Proactively follow up on loan transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing maintaining regular communication with clients during the loan application process and throughout the loan lifecycle to gather feedback, understand their needs, and relay key insights to the team.

Coordinate between clients and internal teams to meet tight turnaround times (TAT) while adhering to operational policies and standards. Target zero client complaints, ensure at least 95% adherence to agreed TAT standards, and achieve over 90% satisfaction in internal surveys. Ensure all regulatory, policy, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements are met with nil unauthorized breaches.

• Corporate Tax & VAT: Lead the implementation and integration of Corporate Tax and VAT laws with monthly and Quarterly reporting to Manager and external consultants. Group level Reporting and Returns are expected with updates in structure with FTA. Also lead the implementation of changes in laws with respect to company operations.
• Advance Excel and Portfolio Management: Prepare Excel models and loan management sheets for integration between Finance system and loan management system. Power BI and Advance Excel skills required to manage the Finance reporting systems and daily loan management.
• Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts, ensuring professional growth and high performance. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the finance team. Develop and implement succession plans for key roles within the finance department.
