About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven, high-performing, and tech-savvy Strategy and Partnership Lead to join our founding team. A highly analytical position for a generalist who is able to break down diverse and complex problems and use a data-oriented approach to propose solutions. You’ll play an instrumental role in growing the range of strategic partners and business impact and lead the strategic partnership to identify, onboard, and manage the strategic relationship with the partner ecosystem.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Build reports to support the business decision leadership for both ongoing business and the development of new opportunities.
  • Set targets and KPIs that will be monitored to ensure the desired financial outcome.
  • Reporting, analysis, and insights: Building dashboards to track performance, derive insights, understand growth levers, and communicate recommendations.
  • Engage closely with internal stakeholders to remove roadblocks and facilitate fast pace operations.
  • Drive the growth of effective partnerships to meet our ambitious business development targets.
  • Develop and execute Fuze’s partner strategies to align with our business goals.
  • Own all partner relationships, including strategic focus areas, business case development, negotiation, product launch, and partner marketing.

About You

  • Proven experience in strategic consulting and project management (Experience with agile and design thinking is a +) with exposure to BIG4/ Investment / Consulting
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and crypto space is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to identify, pursue and close complex partnerships
  • Should have excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of personal initiative, and the ability to work well in a distributed, multicultural, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to unravel complex issues and devise solutions
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking and meet deadlines
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial planning software
