The Job in a Nutshell💡
The Sales Administrator supports the sales team by managing administrative processes, maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. This role plays a key part in improving sales efficiency, reporting accuracy, and customer experience.
What Will You Do❓
- Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and properly archived.
- Coordinate with finance on invoicing, payment follow-ups, and order processing.
- Support sales team with deal tracking and pipeline updates.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and opportunity data.
- Generate regular sales reports (pipeline, revenue, conversion rates, targets vs. actuals).
- Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Act as a liaison between sales, finance, operations, and other internal teams.
- Coordinate onboarding documentation for new clients.
- Schedule meetings, prepare sales presentations, and assist in tender submissions.
- Analyze and report on sales performance (weekly/monthly), tracking KPIs and highlighting risks to management.
- Support sales forecasting and monitor target achievement.
- Ensure sales processes align with company policies.
- Support in improving sales workflows and automation.
- Adhere to company sales policies, assist in optimizing sales workflows and automation, and organize and maintain contract and renewal records.

What Are We Looking For❓
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or operations.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot,etc).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Analytical mindset with reporting capability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
