The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Collection Specialist to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. The role requires balancing the need to maintain trustful client relationships with ensuring timely payments. The Collection Specialist will investigate historical data on debts and bills, resolve billing or credit issues, and monitor accounts to identify overdue payments. The ideal candidate should demonstrate professionalism, persistence, and strong communication skills


What Will You Do❓

  • Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
  • Follow up on overdue receivables through calls, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Investigate historical data related to debts and billing records.
  • Contact clients to discuss overdue payments and agree on solutions.
  • Take proactive actions to encourage timely debt settlement.
  • Update account records to reflect collection efforts and account status.
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and accounts receivable status


What Are We Looking For❓

  • Proven work experience in collections, credit control, or customer service.
  • Previous experience in tech companies or technology-driven environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with ERP & CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage difficult conversations with professionalism and tact.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
