The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to support the execution of our social media strategy and help grow our online presence. You will play a key role in creating engaging content, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders, and monitoring performance across platforms. This role requires strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of social trends, and a passion for storytelling.

What you will do💡

  • Support in implementing the social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and brand goals.
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to guide content creation and posting schedules.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, platform changes, and best practices to keep our social presence relevant and effective.
  • Coordinate with the social media agency to align on the content calendar, creative directions, and platform-specific concepts, along with full execution.
  • Manage the coordination with third party stakeholders that are to be aligned or featured within the social, whether clients, partners, or internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee content scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and overall performance across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
  • When needed, contribute to creating engaging, platform-native content (text, images, videos, Reels, Stories, etc.).
  • Source, manage, and repurpose user-generated content (UGC) to enhance authenticity.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community across channels.
  • Supervise direct messages, comments, and mentions to ensure timely responses in a brand-appropriate tone.
  • Escalate customer service issues to the relevant teams to ensure proper follow-up.
  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, CTR, etc.) and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate findings to update the strategy and content based on analytics and user feedback.

What Are We Looking For❓

      • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
      • 2-3+ years of experience in a social media or content-focused role.
      • Solid understanding of key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
      • Strong copywriting, communication, and coordination skills.
      • Experience working with creative teams and/or agencies.
      • Familiarity with analytics tools and scheduling platforms is a plus.
      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
