The Job in a Nutshell💡

We are looking for a dynamic People Operations Manager to join our Riyadh team and lead the HR Shared Services function. This role is pivotal to ensuring our HR practices align with local labor laws while creating a seamless and efficient employee experience. As a Saudi national, your local expertise will play a crucial role in our mission to support and engage our talented Foodics colleagues.

What You Will Do❓

  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, advising leadership on changes and implementing best practices.
  • Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with both local requirements and Foodics’ values.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and resolving workplace conflicts effectively.
  • Lead and manage the People Operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, and accurate documentation.
  • Support talent management processes, such as workforce planning and performance management, in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
  • Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate processing in partnership with the Finance team.
  • Analyze HR metrics and generate actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including wellness programs and company-wide surveys.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture, supporting Foodics’ mission and growth.

What Are We Looking For❓

  • Experience: 5+ years in HR or People Operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within KSA.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications like CIPD or SHRM are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset.
  • Language: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.

  • Experience in Startup, SaaS, F&B, or Fintech industries.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced HR certifications or specialized training in labor law compliance.
  • Strong project management skills, especially in HR-related initiatives.
