About the Internship 💡
Foodics is excited to offer a dynamic summer internship program aimed at leveraging the fresh perspectives of university students. This program is designed to focus on our Customer Display System (CDS) support while also ensuring comprehensive engagement with our full suite of products. Interns will be directly involved in field operations, providing on-the-spot support, and gathering critical customer feedback across various platforms.
What Will You Do❓
- Customer Engagement: Visit client sites to observe and support the use of CDS and other related systems like KDS, Cashier, and Kiosk setups. Engage with customers and staff to evaluate usage, performance, and satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Conduct interviews with managers and staff to collect feedback on system performance and usability. Document all feedback and issues encountered using detailed forms.
- Problem Solving: Offer immediate troubleshooting and support where possible, and contribute to ongoing improvements and solutions based on client feedback.
Learning Opportunities:
- Cross-Departmental Training: Participate in training sessions across various departments including Sales, Product Support (PS), People Operations, and Product Design to gain a holistic understanding of our operations.
- Skills Development: Learn to recognize sales opportunities, troubleshoot technical issues, design effective surveys, and apply empathetic practices in customer interactions.
