The Job in a Nutshell💡

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our brand presence in the KSA. This role requires a deep understanding of the F&B sector and involves close collaboration with the KSA stakeholders and sales teams. You will be responsible for devising and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing budgets, leading campaigns, and driving community engagement.

What Will You Do❓

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the KSA market.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI optimization.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, competition, and opportunities in the F&B sector.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, providing necessary support to enhance sales performance.
  • Community Engagement: Manage community relations, enhancing brand visibility and customer loyalty.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on marketing campaign performance, market insights, and strategic adjustments.

What Are We Looking For❓

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B sector or a related industry.
  • Proven experience in market strategy, campaign management, and budgeting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the KSA market.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing strategy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

Who Will Excel ❓

* Familiarity with the SaaS or in depth in the F&B industry is a plus.

* In-depth knowledge of the KSA Market.

What Are We Looking For❓

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in statistical analysis and familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python).
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • Excellent skills in data visualization and making complex information accessible and understandable.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
