The Job in a Nutshell💡

As a Key Account Manager at Foodics, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our enterprise, key clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and expanding our market presence. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

What Will You Do❓

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise, key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to Foodics existing clients.
    • Gain a thorough understanding of assigned client’s needs, business objectives and processes to ensure that they successfully adopt and deploy Foodics
    • Drive revenue growth through effective account management, negotiation, and contract renewals.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, advocating for their needs within the organization and ensuring their satisfaction.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
    • Boost client retention through enhanced engagement, meeting their needs, exceeding expectations, and delivering exceptional service.
    • Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development, service enhancements, and process improvements.
    • Monitor key account metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Onboarding, Marketing, and Product Development to align strategies and deliver exceptional value to clients.
    • Provide guidance and support to clients on product usage, troubleshooting, and best practices to maximize their ROI.
    • Be a voice for the customers internally and help senior leadership understand product concerns, shortcomings, and missing features that are important to the customers.

What Are We Looking For❓

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum 3 years proven experience in key account management in F&B, SaaS or Tech industries.
    • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing large enterprise accounts.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Fluency in Arabic and English.
    • Restaurant operations experience is a plus.
