The Job in a Nutshell💡
The Community Relations Manager will be a key figure in establishing, nurturing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners in Saudi Arabia. This role demands an individual with exceptional people skills, a flair for networking, and a talent for building rapport. You will represent Foodics, not just as a service provider, but as a committed partner in the growth and success of our clients' businesses.
What You Will Do❓
- Networking and Relationship Building: Actively engage with clients and industry partners, building strong, personal relationships beyond typical business interactions.
- Social Engagement: Be the face of Foodics at social events, gatherings, and industry meetings, enhancing brand visibility and client loyalty.
- Client Advocacy: Understand client needs and be their voice within Foodics, ensuring that their feedback and concerns are addressed.
- Informal Feedback Collection: Gather insights and trends from casual conversations with clients and partners, providing valuable market intelligence.
- Brand Representation: Represent Foodics at various social and industry events with charisma and professionalism.
- Strategic Alliances: Foster strategic partnerships that benefit both Foodics and our clients, aligning with long-term business goals.
What Are We Looking For❓
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Public Relations, or related field is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a role requiring extensive networking and relationship management, preferably in the F&B or tech industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and social skills.
- Strong presence with the ability to engage and influence a variety of audiences.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia when needed.
