About the Role

We are looking for a highly talented and creative Social Media Lead will present the voice of our company and help us grow our community across our social media channels. You will play an integral role in enhancing and executing the social media strategy, creating engaging content, and coming up with innovative and creative industry-relevant ideas to increase the brand exposure.

Main Task & Responsibilities 💡

  • Owning the social media strategy and global implementation.
  • Owning content calendars for Kuwait, UAE and Jordan.
  • Advising on content calendars for KSA and Egypt.
  • Owning social media analytics (organic performance & listening).
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly
  • Educate our audience on products and services and keep them engaged.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like: sales, marketing, etc. to ensure brand consistency.
  • Owning social channels utilization (including IG, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter).
  • Applying social media best practices.
  • Writing copies and scripts for short social media videos and content.
  • Transforming written long form content (blogs, case studies, opinion pieces, though leadership pieces) into social content
  • A degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in B2B/F&B and/or Tech industries, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Hands on experience with content creation,
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics and listening platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meltwater, DataEQ, etc.)
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English are a must.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of FnB industry.
