Senior CRM Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Senior CRM Executive to join our team, focusing on digital marketing and enhancing member engagement for our car share business. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and executing strategies that retain members, boost loyalty, and streamline communication across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement comprehensive customer retention and engagement strategies tailored for a car share business, aimed at meeting key performance indicators and growth objectives
  • Work in tandem with the Creative and Communications teams to craft impactful email, SMS, mobile app notifications, and social media campaigns that resonate with our member base
  • Utilize data analytics to generate insightful success metrics, reporting on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns
  • Oversee the segmentation and management of the customer database to ensure precise targeting for various marketing initiatives
  • Develop A/B testing strategies to refine marketing efforts and enhance member experience
  • Compile detailed campaign performance analyses and provide actionable insights to cross-departmental teams such as operations, member services, and strategic partnerships, as well as outline clear next steps
  • Collaborate with the Technology, Product Development, and Design teams to craft seamless and personalized member journeys, leveraging automation for efficiency and impact


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRM platforms specific like Clevertap, Moengage and Braze
  • A good understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite, with a focus on Excel and data analysis tools
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM, preferably within the shared mobility (zoomcar) or rideshare (uber /Ola ) industry.
  • Graduation from an accredited institution is required
  • Stellar communication abilities, both verbal and written, paired with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, process-focused, and adept at managing concurrent projects
  • A team player with a collaborative spirit, able to engage effectively with team members across various functions and regions
  • Flexibility to work in line with the UAE/ KSA time zone to support our global operations

Locations: Egypt / India (Remote Role)
