we are looking for a fleet coordinator with car rental experience to ensure that all vehicles are maintained in good working condition to the satisfaction of our users and to ensure that the system is updated timely and accurately. fleet coordinator task will include but not limited to coordinating with Call Center to ensure all issues related to the cars are resolved at the earliest possible time, coordinate with the ground operations Team Members to ensure daily task are assigned and accomplished. At time, this position may be required to face the customer directly to build the relationship which would enhance the users experience in our service. This position will be the quarter back of the team who will ensure that all task and the systems are accurately and timely updated. To monitor the ground operations Team members and ensure that everyone conduct and commits themselves to the highest standard of Customer Satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2-3 Year experience in Customer Focus Role
• Driver License is a Must
• Car Rental experience is an advantage
• High level of computer competency
• Must have an excellent written and oral communication skill in English as well as Arabic
• Friendly disposition and attentive to Customer needs
• Must be Goal Oriented and able to work with minimum supervision
