As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst at our company, you will be at the forefront of

data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with various departments including

Finance, Operations, Product Development, Marketing, and Technology. Your role will be

pivotal in enhancing our data systems to spur business growth through effective data

management, insightful reporting, and process automation.

• Metrics Development: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs)
  
  

and rules to identify gaps and enhance statistical efficiency. This includes the

creation and maintenance of databases and data collection systems.

• Process Standardization and Automation: Continually refine reporting and
  
  

analysis processes. Automate and simplify data processes for improved

accessibility and efficiency.

• Problem-Solving: Tackle complex, ambiguous problems with creative, data-
  
  

driven solutions, breaking them down into manageable components.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct data analysis using appropriate statistical
  
  

techniques. Deliver regular, insightful reports that maximize return on

investment.

• Ad Hoc Support: Provide on-demand data analytics and quantitative support as
  
  

needed.

• Continuous KPI Monitoring: Regularly report, forecast, and monitor key

What You Will Need For This Position

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of
  
  

behavioral trends, financial impacts, and other business drivers.

• Proficiency in SQL and a basic understanding of Python, R, or SAS
• Experience with Data Visualization or BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI,
  
  

Looker).

• Prior experience with data from platforms like AppsFlyer, Braze, CleverTap,
  
  

Adjust (strongly preferred).

• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts
• Advanced skills in quantitative analysis (e.g., regression, hypothesis testing)
• Familiarity with Google BigQuery and other columnar databases
