Tasker AI is a YC-backed company developing a the easiest way to build AI agents for automation of workflows and screen scraping.

You must be living at San Francisco at the time of the application, this is an in-person role and there will be an in-person interview.

Our ideal candidate is one that can take up the challenge of maintaining Tasker AI front end and backend systems contributing to the creation of new features on our existing system. As such, candidates who are independent, highly motivated fast learner who is very versatile

Qualification:

• Design, develop, maintain and implement features for front-end and back-end of Tasker ai
• Experience in chrome development
• Experience in front end-development and desktop development
• Develop maintain and provide support for our in-house scraping automation engine
• Help create reusable code and libraries for future use
• Knowledge of AI platfroms like Open AI, Anthropic, Groq
• Adapt well and react quickly to changing business requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum experience of 1 year in a software engineering role
• Advanced proficiency in Typescript, Golang, ReactJS and NextJS, Javascript
• Comfortable with SQL , NoSQL and Vector databases
• Great problem solving skills
• Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices via code reviews, building tools and documentation
• Ability to understand, contribute to and expand upon a complex existent codebase
• Excellent understanding of current web technologies and inner workings of frontend frameworks
