Tasker AI is a YC-backed company developing a the easiest way to build AI agents for automation of workflows and screen scraping.

You must be living at San Francisco at the time of the application, this is an in-person role and there will be an in-person interview.

Our ideal candidate is one that can take up the challenge of maintaining Tasker AI models. As such, candidates who are independent, highly motivated fast learner who is very versatile


  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads based on their potential customer fit, their interest level, and their market segment’s strategic importance.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing sales, including product demonstrations and negotiations.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential sales to meet monthly quotas.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and business contexts to effectively tailor solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure aligned communication and promotion strategies.
  • Participate in industry conferences and events to network and generate new business leads.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions and market demands.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document sales activities and client interactions, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and lead management.


  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within a tech or startup environment, encompassing both lead generation and closing roles.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in creating persuasive messages and presentations.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects, with a high degree of organization and focus.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Energetic and motivated, with a persistent drive to reach and exceed sales targets.
