About the role
As Product Manager, you’ll help build and improve our marketplace mobile app, working closely with Design, Engineering, Ops, and Support. You’ll support both customer and driver/partner experiences, shipping features that improve usability, reliability, and growth in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve key areas of the mobile app experience across both the customer app and driver/partner app.
- Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering to ship features end-to-end, from booking/request to tracking, completion, ratings, and support.
- Lead improvements to core marketplace flows, including onboarding, verification, availability, matching/dispatch, cancellations, ratings, and in-app support.
- Write clear and detailed product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications, and manage delivery through to launch.
- Partner with Operations teams to enhance real-world outcomes, such as reducing cancellations, improving pickup reliability, and streamlining driver workflows.
- Support product releases by coordinating QA, rollout plans, app store release notes, and post-launch follow-ups.
- Gather feedback from users, customer support, and operations teams, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Track and monitor key metrics for owned features, including conversion rates, drop-offs, cancellations, completion rates, and feature usage.
- Use dashboards and app analytics tools to understand user behaviour and identify friction points.
- Define and document tracking requirements (events and metrics) to ensure impact can be measured post-release.
- Run simple experiments when relevant (e.g., onboarding improvements, driver UI updates) and clearly share findings and learnings with stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role with strong end-to-end ownership.
- Hands-on experience working with mobile applications and shipping improvements on iOS and Android.
- Experience building or supporting marketplace products; experience with driver, delivery, mobility, or logistics platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong product execution skills with the ability to translate problems into clear scope, collaborate effectively with engineering and design, and ship reliably.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly when partnering with Operations teams.
- Comfortable using common product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Experience with memberships. Conversion, Churns, CLV/LTV
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on driver or partner-facing apps, including onboarding, document verification, going online, job acceptance, navigation, and earnings.
- Familiarity with location-based user experiences, such as maps, geolocation, availability indicators, and ETA calculations.
- Experience improving in-app support flows, including help content, ticket reduction, and faster issue resolution.
- Exposure to experimentation and A/B testing, with an understanding of how to measure and iterate based on results.
