Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Training Manager to build, lead, and scale Zofeur’s Training Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive training programs for both operational staff (drivers, support teams) and internal teams. You will ensure consistent training standards, compliance, customer service excellence, and continuous skill development to support Zofeur’s growth and service quality.

Responsibilities:

Training Curriculum Development:

  • Create comprehensive training programs focused on enhancing soft skills relevant to client interactions, including communication, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Tailor training modules to address the specific needs for our chauffeurs.

Delivery of Training Workshops:

  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for chauffeurs, both individually and in groups.
  • Utilize a variety of training methods, such as role-playing, case studies, and real-life scenarios, to ensure active learning and skill application.

Personalized Coaching:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching to chauffeurs to refine their soft skills and improve their ability to handle diverse client situations.
  • Offer constructive feedback and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Performance Assessment:

  • Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of soft skills training, such as role-playing evaluations and client feedback analysis.
  • Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify areas for further development.

Collaborative Approach:

  • Collaborate with HR, management, and other relevant departments to align soft skills training with overall service strategies and company values.
  • Stay informed on service trends and industry best practices to continually enhance training content.

Training Impact Evaluation:

  • Gather feedback from trainees and management to evaluate the impact of training on service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Make data-driven adjustments to training programs to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering soft skills training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and customer-centric service delivery.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Empathetic and approachable demeanour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Exceptional listening and observation skills to provide targeted feedback and guidance.
  • Proficiency in utilizing training tools and technologies.
