Position: KSA Creator/Influencer Manager

Location: Remote / Riyadh, KSA

Our mission is to revolutionize the creator economy by providing a dynamic, user-friendly space for creators and brands to connect, collaborate, and grow together. As we embark on this journey, we are seeking an experienced KSA Creator/Influencer Specialist to join us on a freelance basis and help us build and expand our platform from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Creator Onboarding and Networking:

• Utilize your extensive network of Saudi Arabian nano and micro-influencers to onboard creators to our platform.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
• Act as a liaison between creators and our platform, facilitating introductions and collaborations.

Platform Development Support:

• Provide strategic insights and feedback to enhance the platform’s features and functionality to meet creators' needs.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement onboarding processes and tools.

Growth and Engagement:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract, engage, and retain nano and micro-influencers.
• Support the development of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing platform visibility and creator participation.

Cultural and Market Insights:

• Leverage your deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural dynamics to tailor our platform and strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on social media and influencer marketing trends in KSA to ensure our platform remains relevant and competitive.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the creator marketing space, with a strong focus on the KSA market.
• Extensive network of Saudi Arabian nano and micro-influencers.
• Background in working with marketing agencies or in similar roles.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

It would be awesome if you have:

• Previous experience in a startup environment, particularly in the digital marketing or tech space.
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms or tools.
• Fluency in Arabic and English to effectively communicate with a diverse user base.
