Aurem is an employee benefits platform for global teams. We provide access to core corporate products such as pensions, savings and incentive plans, as well as personal value-add products such as multi-currency accounts, travel and lifestyle benefits.

Role Overview:

Aurem is on a transformative journey to reshape employee benefits and financial wellness. We are in pursuit of an innovative Marketing Lead, whose role will be pivotal in sculpting our brand identity, championing initiatives in financial education, promoting financial inclusion, and advocating for sustainable employee benefit strategies. Your creative and strategic input will be instrumental in crafting our external image, strengthening our employer brand, and fostering a vibrant community.


  • Strategic Development and Brand Evolution:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission and business objectives.
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and threats, shaping our messaging and positioning in the fintech space.
  • Content Leadership and Creation:
    • Oversee the development and curation of a diverse range of content, from educational materials and thought leadership to engaging brand stories.
    • Establish Aureum as a content leader in financial education, ensuring our materials are authoritative, relatable, and shareable.
  • Community Building and Social Media Engagement:
    • Cultivate a strong, engaged community through platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, fostering conversations around financial wellness and sustainability.
    • Create and maintain a podcast series, providing a platform for expert insights, storytelling, and discussions that resonate with our audience.
  • Event Management and Experiential Marketing:
    • Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events, from webinars and workshops to industry conferences, ensuring a memorable and impactful brand experience.
    • Utilize events as a platform for networking, community building, and lead generation, maximizing our visibility and engagement.
  • Employer Branding and Internal Communications:
    • Develop strategies to showcase Aureum as an exceptional place to work, aligning our external image with our internal culture and values.
    • Ensure consistency and authenticity in our brand representation, both internally and externally.
  • Partnership Development and Collaborative Marketing:
    • Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with influencers, organizations, and communities that share our vision and can amplify our message.
    • Collaborate with various departments, ensuring synergy in our branding efforts and leveraging each other’s strengths.
  • Analytics, Reporting, and Strategic Insights:
    • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of our branding and marketing initiatives, turning data into actionable insights.
    • Regularly report on brand awareness, perception, and the ROI of our marketing activities, using this data to inform future strategies.
  • Sales Alignment and Lead Generation:
    • Work closely with the Sales team, aligning branding and marketing efforts with sales objectives to ensure a coherent customer journey.
    • Employ content marketing and targeted campaigns to generate leads, driving business growth and customer acquisition.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or akin fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years in B2B or B2B2C Marketing, ideally within start-ups in fintech, wealth management, fund management or payment sectors.
  • Proven experience in brand building, content creation, community engagement, and event management, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Strong strategic thinking and market research skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for trends and viral opportunities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in liaising with external marketing or advertising partners.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, adept at crafting engaging content across various mediums, building employer branding and internal communications.
  • A proven flair for lead generation.
  • Adeptness with a myriad of marketing tools – from CMS, social platforms, to analytical tools.
  • Acquaintance with fintech and the nuances of the digital asset industry.
  • Thrive in a dynamic start-up ambiance with the agility to juggle diverse tasks concurrently.
